For your eyes and ears, the Korean Cultural Center and Stroll presents "Persimmon(Gotgam) Danji" with dessert artist Danghee. This winter dessert can be made at home with dried persimmon(柿餅), dates and walnuts. Dried persimmon has six times as much vitamin C as apples and is known to great for our immune systems. It is a dessert of choice as we say bye to our troublesome times in 2020. We all wish you can enjoy a warm, sweet and pleasant Christmas as we pat ourselves on the back for our resilience through this year.
