싱가포르에서 공부하는 한국 학생들을 위해 다년간 요리를 한 후 그녀는 2012년 한식당을 차리기로 결정했습니다. 

싱가포르의 입맛에 맞는 정통하면서도 독창적인 한국 음식을 제공하기로 결정했습니다.

캔디의 어머니가 해주신 요리 레시피에서 영감을 받아 새롭고 혁신적인 소스와 마리네이드로 만든 BIGMAMA의 가정식 요리를 제공합니다.

Bigmama Korean Restaurant was set up by former caretaker and tutor, Candy Namgung Ji Young. After many years of cooking for Korean students studying in Singapore, she decided to set up a Korean restaurant in 2012, serving authentic, yet creative, Korean food cooked to suit Singaporean tastebuds.

We serve homestyle dishes in BIGMAMA, made with new and innovative sauces and marinades inspired by Candy’s mother’s own cooking recipes.

Here at BIGMAMA, we pride ourselves in serving you authentic Korean homestyle food that is both healthy, and a delight to your tastebuds. Using creative cooking methods, coupled with a strict no-MSG policy, the dishes you taste when you come to Bigmama, are assured to be of the highest quality.
