데일리 신문 수아라 티모르 로로사에(STL)는 2000년 7월 31일 일간 신문인 수라 티모르 티무르(STT)의 부활로 딜리에서 재건 된 신문이다.
STT는 동티모르에서 출판한 사설, 독립 신문이었다. STT의 초판은 1993년 2월 1일자 나나 구스마오(Xanana Gusmao)의 재판 첫날에 인쇄되었다 .
Dili Court의 Timoree National Resistance Leader(현 총리). 딜리 법원에서 Xanana Gusmao의 재판에 관한 STT의 보도는 Boutros-Boutros Ghali 유엔 사무 총장의 보고서에서 언급했다.
보고서에 따르면 Boutros Ghali는 "이번 재판은 Sara Timor Timur 딜리 (Dili)의 새로운 지역 언론에서 광범위하게 다루어졌다.
신문의 마지막 판은 1999 년 9월 3일이었고 1999 년 9월 4일에 Timor Leste 국민 투표 이후 인도네시아의 민병대에 의해 막대한 약탈과 파괴로 소실되었다.
결과적으로 신문의 모든 시설은 건물, 인쇄 및 사전 인쇄 기계, 수천 톤의 뉴스 인쇄물 및 기타 시설이 완전히 파괴되다.

The Daily Newspaper, Suara Timor Lorosae (STL) is a newspaper re-established in Dili on 31st of July 2000 as rebirth of the Daily Newspaper, Suara Timor Timur (STT). STT was first private, independent and professional newspaper that published in East Timor.  First edition of STT was printed on 1st of February 1993 at the same date of the first day of trial of Xanana Gusmao, the Timorese National Resistance Leader (the current Prime Minister) in the Dili Court. STT coverage on Xanana Gusmao’s trial in the Dili Court has mentioned in the report of UN Secretary General Boutros-Boutros Ghali to general Assembly. In the report Mr. Boutros Ghali stated that “ the trial has received extensive coverage in the new local media in Dili, Suara Timor Timur (STT).   The last edition of newspaper was September 3, 1999 and fully stopped its publication on 4 September 1999 due to the massive looting, destruction and burnt down by the Indonesia-back militias following Timor Leste post-referendum. Consequently, all facilities of the newspaper such as building, printing and pre-printing machines, thousands tons of news print and other facilities were  totally destroyed and brunt down.
